CMO Intelligence is an AI-powered strategic marketing analysis tool. Users complete a free intake conversation with an AI advisor and receive a generated 10-section strategic analysis report. Access to the full report and ongoing features requires an active Pro subscription at $100/month.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $100/month. Additional business workspaces are available for $75/month per workspace or $200/month for up to three workspaces. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
All analysis, recommendations, and strategic output provided by CMO Intelligence is generated by artificial intelligence. This content is provided for informational purposes only. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide during your intake conversation. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to manipulate or misuse the AI systems. You are solely responsible for any business decisions made based on your analysis.
The analysis reports generated for you are yours to use for your own business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or represent AI-generated reports as independently authored professional consulting work.
Information you share during your intake conversation is used to generate your analysis and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Conversation data is stored securely and associated with your account.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI2Grow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of CMO Intelligence or any business decisions made based on its output. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
